Special note: I’m offering a session special for the first time in quite a while.  My NorthStar reading is available for 70$ instead of $100.  It’s an in-person reading with an added written component.  If you’d like a look at your year ahead or have a few important questions, this might be a good time for a NorthStar Reading.  For more information, email me at mayetleilani@icloud.com.

Dear Readers,

Here are 3 AHAs that came to me recently.  One is an AHA about AHAs:

~*~
1)  “Make today a poem,” that’s what came this morning.  “Find its lyrical quality, let the day reveal itself - and yourself to you - as it forms. Find the poetic flow for this day.  Enjoy crafting your today - it can delight you just like creating a poem can.”

~*~
2)  Up and down and in and out.  Round and round and back and forth.  Up and down and in and out.  Round and round and back and forth.  Up and down and in and out  Round and round and back and forth.

Wheels turning, pistons firing, tides flowing, sun rises and sets.  Up and down and in and out, Round and round and back and forth.  That’s the energy of life, of a day.  It has a rhythm to it.

When you lose the rhythm (the mind usually plays a part in this happening) it can feel like a speeding carousel, the spin cycle, a bumpy road.  But it’s a dance in fact.

Find the rhythm again and go on your way… up and down and in and out, Round and round and Back and forth.  Up and down and in and out, Round and round and Back and forth.  Up and down and in and out, Round and round and Back and forth.

Today has a rhythm, find its beat and sway, its wisdom meter, and follow that into your day, seek it again when you lose it.  You can be a master of this dance as you partner with your day.

~*~
3)  A spate of AHAs came this morning, too fast to even know what they are.  Little bursts of energy that I recognized as higher information.  I know not to worry about naming them all.  They are dear little sheep and they will come home when it’s time, wagging their tails behind them.

The energy of an AHA always carries much more information and gift and blessing than the words that may (or may not) accompany it.  I love being with the energy of AHA, carrying it around with me, quietly integrating instead of letting my mind pick it to pieces trying to understand it all.
~*~
Weren’t those fun?
AHA, AHA, AHA!
